Indonesian Jakarta Delight Dessert

6 bananas, peeled
1 cup orange juice
1 cup Brown Sugar
1/4 t Ground ginger
1/2 cup grated coconut
1/2 cup dry cake crumbs (from sponge or yellow cake)
1/4 t Nutmeg
1/4 t cinnamon

Split bananas in buttered baking dish. Mix orange juice and sugar and pour over the bananas.
Mix together cake crumbs, coconut, and spices. Sprinkle over the top.
Bake for 20 minutes at 350F and serve warm. It can also be topped with ice cream or whipped cream (or both).
